Very bad and low-quality work of the service center!

DO NOT BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT FOR SERVICE TO THIS DISGRACABLE STORE. My iPhone required a battery change, but their only "solution" was for me to give them my cell phone, and pay an extra $10,000 pesos for another PRE-OWNED device. In addition to the fact that they charged me $550 for just the diagnosis, and they gave it to me up to 3 days later for doing absolutely nothing to them. Much better to go with other technicians who charge less and do solve the problem.

IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DON'T BUY THERE Due to a terrible experience I had, I discovered that I have not been the first to receive horrible service from the staff and they do not solve anything, for such expensive products one expects something better, rather those from MAC STORE ALTOZANO solved things for me, and that which is not the same, so I recommend not buying ANYTHING THERE and better go to MacStore for anything, if you receive good service
